Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
When you send a booking through the form on this website, we record the details you enter (such as name, schedule, duration, pick-up location, and notes), the selected car, the page you came from, and basic technical information such as your browser type. IP addresses are stored in hashed form, not in their original form.
How We Use It
Your data is used to prepare the WhatsApp message to our team, follow up on your booking, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Conversations after you press send take place in the WhatsApp app and are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. Identity documents requested to verify a rental are used only for that purpose.
Cookies & Analytics
This website uses cookies required for pages to work and stores your language and theme choices on your device. When enabled, we use analytics services to understand site usage in aggregate.
Your Rights
You can ask us to delete your booking data at any time by contacting our team via the WhatsApp number or email listed on the Contact page.
