Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about requirements, payment, and our car rental services.
What do I need to rent a car with a driver?
Just send your name, schedule, and pick-up address via WhatsApp. For your first booking, our team may ask for a photo of your ID. The car comes with a professional driver, so you do not need a driving licence. Full details are on our Rental Terms page.
Does the with-driver rate include fuel and tolls?
The base rate covers the car and driver for 12 hours. Fuel, tolls, and parking can be added with an all-in package so your trip cost is fixed from the start.
Can you serve Soekarno-Hatta or Halim airport?
Yes. We provide transfers to and from both Soekarno-Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma airports, scheduled around your flight.
What is the minimum rental duration?
A minimum of 12 hours with a driver. Weekly and monthly packages are available for longer needs.
How do I book and pay?
Choose a car in our catalogue, enter your date and location, then send your booking via WhatsApp. Our team confirms availability and sends you the cost breakdown and payment details.
Do you offer monthly rental for companies?
Yes. We offer monthly contracts for companies and individuals, with a professional driver included. Contact our team for a quote tailored to your fleet needs.
Can I travel out of town?
Yes. Tell us your destination when booking. Out-of-town trips with a driver are charged per day.
Do you provide a baby seat?
Available subject to stock for an additional fee. Add your request in the notes when booking.
What if my schedule changes?
Contact our team on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Schedule changes depend on car availability and the applicable cancellation terms.
Can I rent a car for today?
Yes, subject to availability. Send your schedule and location via WhatsApp so our team can quickly check which cars are available.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve all of Greater Jakarta: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, South Tangerang, and Bekasi, including Soekarno-Hatta and Halim Perdanakusuma airports. Pick-up fees for certain locations are confirmed by our team.
Which car suits a group?
